Volition Alliance Group Inc. is a training/consulting firm dedicated to helping our customers achieve good health and good spirit through individual, team and organizational development.

We have extensive experience consulting and training in various industry sectors including, manufacturing, hi-tech, communications, military, health care, financial services, government, education and First Nations. Our focus is primarily the people and organizational structures of a company, creating solutions that meet both the business and employee needs of the company.

Our methodology is to develop a working partnership with the client , and through understanding current and future needs, mission and values, constraints and opportunities, business and employee needs and wants, clear objectives are identified and a plan of action is agreed upon.

Volition is flexible and creative in its delivery of the solution , working with the client in orchestrating a culture appropriate solution and timeframe. This can involve a combination of training, consulting, coaching, evaluating resources, need assessments, communications, process redesign and conflict resolution interventions delivered over a period of time for maximum effectiveness or intense "point in time" exercises intended to provide a catalyst for change.

We become fully engaged with the customer. We bring with us an enthusiasm and passion for what we do. Our delivery is person centred. It is active, involved and challenging. The material is dynamically designed and customized, reflecting and responding to the level of acceptance and performance of the organization. This allows the transfer of accountability and responsibility and the empowerment to the employees to form.
